Join TASMIN DAISY REES (she/her) for a very special event that facilitates the warm, welcoming environment for LGBTQI+ audiences and allies, in which we will spend our evening life drawing, socialising and enjoying the signature craft beers that Tyne Bank Brewery is renowned for.

Tickets for this event £7.50 Bring your own materialswe will have some extra materials but bringing your own materials is strongly advised.

• Doors open at 6pm and close at 12am.

Tamsin is a playwright, artist and life model from County Durham now working and living in Newcastle Upon Tyne.

She is an Associate Artist at Live Theatre and was a member of the first Royal Court Writers Group North. She likes telling stories that are rooted in the North East and prod at class, sexuality and power.

Tamsin is currently an AHRC funded PhD candidate at Newcastle University where she is specialising in playwriting and researching how female sexuality operates in contemporary narratives through silences and subtext. You can find her academic profile here:


Tamsin is an artist with over five years of experience, working with clients across the North East as well as establishing her own art practice after studying (briefly) at Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design.

She has worked with Verde Flowers, Martha Hill Music, The Darlings Club, Verbal Remedy, The Table, Newcastle Coffee Festival, Dr Martens Newcastle, Staithes Studio Gallery and more.
