Alt Bier - Available Now
To celebrate this 200 year Bavarian tradition we are brewing a brown ale with a twist, Alt Bier. Similar to Newcastle Brown Ale the Bier has a malty character with slight caramel and chocolate flavours.
The mix of nobal hops gives rise to a well balanced bitterness with fruity spice character and slight floral aroma. The twist, the traditional brewed ale is then lagered for two months to produce a very smooth, well attenuated finish to the German ale. |
